He was predeceased by: his parents, Royal Rippetoe and Corine Rippetoe; and his brother Gary. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Melanie, Troy (Kay) and Misty; his grandchildren, Ashlee (Shawn), Kayle (Toby), Alyssa (Nathan), Hanna and Terrance; his great grandchildren, Dixie and Eli; and his siblings, Arlene West (Bob) and Vernon Rippetoe. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
