He was predeceased by: his parents, William Z. Stout (Zeb) and Thelma Irene Fiscus; his wife Edith L. Williams; his daughter Bonita "Bonnie" Hambrick; his sons-in-law, Terry Knudsen and Jerry Hambrick; his sister Pansy Juel; and his siblings-in-law, Eric Juel, Jack Scorcz and Barbara Stout.
He is survived by: his daughters, Thelma "Irene" Knudsen of Rock Springs, Wyoming and Dorothy McCarty (Ed) of Farson, Wyoming; his siblings, Allen R. Stout of Farson, Wyoming and Lilla K. Skorcz of Rock Springs, Wyoming; and his grandchildren, Donna Maynard (Ken), Quinten McCormick, Christie Sabourin (Ed), Annie Haney (Doug), Rita Isaacson (John) and Steve Vincent (Mandy). He is also survived by many great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
