He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Dack and Marjorie Steele; and his brother Buck Dack. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Dack of Farson; his children, Douglas Van Dack (Michelle) of Elko, Debra Dack Stanhope (David) of Roberts, Renee Dack of Grand Junction and Joella Dack Hughes (Neal) of Rock Springs; and his grandchildren, Casey Dack Williams (Johnny), Kyle Dack, Nicholas Hughes and Issac Hughes. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
