He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrill Lewis of Sturgis and Marvel Wilson; and his stepfather Donald Wilson of Rapid City. He is survived by: his son Chad Lewis (Susan); his grandchildren, Brant and Keaton Lewis; his son Cole Lewis of Casper, WY.; and his siblings, Steve Lewis of Lexington, James "Jimmer" Lewis of Rapid City, Scott Lewis of Rapid City, Pam Ricard of Florida and Robert "Bob" Lewis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
