He was predeceased by: his siblings, Bonnie Ritter, Joy Kanthack, Bert Phillips, Bob Phillips and Donald Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his daughters, Debra Kapp (Don) of Woodinville, Deedra Phillips of Yakima and Darla Phillips of Evanston; and his grandchildren, Tyler Kapp, Marissa Kapp, Courtney Carroll and Brian Carroll.
