We are sad to announce that on June 24, 2023, at the age of 66, Tib Ottley of Evanston, Wyoming passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Sandy Ottley; his former wife Tammy Branch; his children, Stormy (Jeff Remington), Tibby and Kendall (Matthew Fessenden); his wife Diana Ritchie; his father Dennis J Ottley; his son Patricio Tib Ottley; his nephew Connor J Ottley; his parents-in-law, Mary Verlene Ritchie and Pat Branch; his children, Briana Van Loh (Joe Severino), Bryan (Caroline Van Loh) and Brandon Van Loh; his brothers, Randy (Linda Ottley), Dave (Kerri Ottley) and Cody (Rhonda Ottley); and his grandchildren, Jordan, Rowan, Skye, Tegan, Lyrik, Ryleigh, Brooks and Nolan.
