It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Scott Lowry (Evanston, Wyoming), born in Layton, Utah, who passed away on February 5, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Smoot Allen and Erma Lowry (Jeweks); his former wife Alene Barnes; his children, Stan Lowry (Shawnee), Wade Lowry, Lana Dibble (Jeremy), Tamany Brown (Jared), Elin Scott (Shawn) and Boon Lowry (Hailey); and his brothers, Paul, Bert, Rodger, John and Orson. He was also cherished by his 25 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
