She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ernest and Clara Phippen Blakeslee; and her husband Raymond Bert Smith. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Ray Smith (Marla) of Cheyenne, Christie South (Marc) of Evanston and Wendy Welling (David) of Evanston; and her siblings, Sonny Blakeslee (Margo) and Georgia Harvey. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and 25. 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to the Uinta Cancer Care Foundation, P.O. Box 2234, Evanston.
