He was predeceased by: his parent Russell A. Harvey. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Geraldine Harvey Dinsmore; his son Jeffrey Harvey (Catalina Charpentier Bowen) of Owasso; his grandchildren, Patrick, William and Thomas; his stepgrandchildren, Danilo and Ivanna; his son Steve Harvey (Heidi) of Rock Springs; his grandson Dakota; his foster daughter Marilyn Spittler (Phil) of Colorado; his grandchildren, Beth, Kim and Cory; his former wife Georgia Harvey of Evanston, Wyoming.; his siblings, Phillip Harvey, Thomas, Larry Harvey (Dayna) of Evanston and Janice Graville (Randy) of Bradford, Tennessee; and his sister-in-law Barbara Harvey of Colorado. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
