It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray Allen Dickey of Evanston, Wyoming, born in American Fork, Utah, who passed away on May 31, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Rafell Dickey and Mary June Allphin; and his siblings, John, Robert Lee and Merrilee.
He is survived by: his children, Amy Ja (Troy) and Justin Allen (Amy); his wife Vickie Westberg Hailstone; and his siblings, Connie (Larry), Sherryl (Lynn), Del (Edie) and David (Linda). He is also survived by his children, numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren.
