He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ezra Slagowski and Sarah Jane Bodell Slagowski; his wife Shirley Slagowski; and his son Eldred Gene Slagowski. He is survived by: his former spouse Der'Rell Storey; his wife Sharon Slagowski; his children, Milton Slagowski Jr. (Ann), Sylvia Tanner (William), Pam Slagowski Brookshire and Kenneth Clay Slagowski (Melanie); and his stepchildren, Tobe Vigil (Marcela), Tina Vigil and Teresa Casper (Thomas). He is also survived by numerous Grand Children, Great Grands and Great, Great Grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
