He is survived by: his siblings, Ruth Zacher (Chris) of Osage, MN, Daniel Bata of New Town, ND, Randy Bata (Janelle) of Langdon, ND and Cheri Griffin (Charles) of Pratt, KS; and also Susan Butterfield of Evanston, WY.
