He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Putnam and Erma Putnam; and his sister Myrna Holman. He is survived by: his wife Elva H. Putnam; his sons, Bryant Putnam (Jana) and Larry Putnam (Carey); and his brother Lanny Putnam (Kathy). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
