He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence and Beatrice; and his brother Philip W. Crompton. He is survived by: his son Calvin Jay; his stepchildren, Amber Schiffman (Skyler) and James Lawrence of Evanston; his sister Peggy Peterson (Dennis) of Bozeman, MT; and his niece Tiffany Peterson (Brian McCall) of Alaska.
