He is survived by: his daughters, Anna (Rick) and Marissa (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Amberlyn and Raidyn; his brother Zeek; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Henderson, Dave Jolley and Donnie Chadwick. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
