With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Edward Ragsdale Jr. (Evanston, Wyoming), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on October 25, 2022 at the age of 71. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Ragsdale, Sr. and Ecel May Jones Ragsdale; his wife Beverly Jean Simmons Ragsdale; his stepson Dewayne Roundy; and his grandson Lukas Simmons.

He is survived by: his stepchildren, Bruce Roundy, Destry Simmons and Kay Ellis; and his sisters, Margaret, Agnes and Ellie. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
