He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave and Emma; his son Dean; and his brothers, David J. (Bob) and Donald Ray.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Allen (Tad), Barbara Anne (Bobby) and Stephen Wayne; his wife Katherine (Kathy); his children, Tad (Joyce) of Tok, Bobby May (Jim) of Anchorage and Steve (Toni) of Pinedale; his sister Bonnie Larson; and also Vernal Temple. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
