He was predeceased by: his father Miguel Mendez; and his brother Pablo Mendez. He is survived by: his sons, Domenique Mendez (Abryella) and Jordan Mendez; his mother Rosa Maria Mendez; and his siblings, Nacho Mendez (Rachel), Mike Mendez (Rosa) and Mary Gutierrez (Tony).
