With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine (Condos) Williams (Evanston, Wyoming), who passed away on February 19, 2019 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandparents, Evanston and Joseph Dale Williams; her husband Joe; her siblings, Bill Condos, Rhea Condos-Cox and Louise Condos Roath; her daughter Jo Ann Ray; her sister Veda Condos Staley; and her children, Dale Wesley Williams and Kathy Williams-Meyers. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, and 30 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and numerous nieces, nephews, and loving extended family.
