He is survived by: his wife Sandra Ottley (Fotheringham); his sons, Dennis Randell Ottley (Linda), David Ottley (Kerri), Ronald Tib Ottley (Diana) and Cody Ottley (Rhonda); and his siblings, Dean Lott (Pam), Jeanne Lovell (Michael) and Berta Clegg Richins. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, and dozens of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Evanston Police Department Benevolent Association or the Wounded Warriors Project in his memory would be appreciated.
