He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Peterson and Daisy Peterson; his brother Max Peterson; his siblings-in-law, Marion Lee, Paul McNeel, Ralph Lee, DeVerl Putnam, Don Stonebraker, Dee Thornhill, Cliff Wickham, Blaine Putnam and Danny Putnam; his great grandchild Beau Sheets; and also, Elden and Olive Putnam.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Putnam; his children, Deborah Sheets (Frank), Dixie Guild (Kelly), Douglas (Wendy), David (Crystal), Daniel (Taunie), Darla Eyre (Spencer) and Dayna Sharp (Nathan); his sister Verree McNeel; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Peterson, Toby Putnam, Glenna Stonebraker, Sally Thornhill, Elda Wickham, Rayito Putnam and Connie Nyman. He is also survived by 52 Grandchildren, and 55 Great Grandchildren.
