He is survived by: his wife Trixie; his children, Dallas Lane Eastman (Amber Marie), Dustin Clain Eastman, Dillon Wayne Eastman, Fawna Lee Kuntzelman (Richard Ian) and Kolette Lyn Eastman; and his siblings, Russell Jay Eastman, John Marshal Eastman, Twila Rose, Melba Lou, Ila Jane and Lila Louise. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
