It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Martin Johnson (Evanston, Wyoming), who passed away on January 10, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Heber and Norma Matilda Hanks Johnson; and his brother Merrill (Donna). He is survived by: his former spouse Gaile Robertson; his wife Donna Lynne Eversole; his sisters, Rhea Jean Hancock (Darnell) of Spanish Fork, UT, Aleen Lamb of Lexington, OK, Janiel Orton of Salem, UT and Verna Dallin of Springville, UT; his children, Jamie D. Johnson of Evanston, WY, Trevor Sean Johnson (Angela) of Greeley, CO, Timothy Logan Johnson of Roy, UT, Brianne Schnitker (Henry) of Union Star, MO, Heidi Marie Rex (Denee) of Woodruff, UT, Ashley Marie Hall (Danny) of Cedar City, UT, Lynde May Childs of Evanston, WY and BeauDee Lynn Johnson of Evanston, WY.; his grandchildren, Harley, Savannah, Colton, Derek, Dustin, Avery, Brenden, Noah, Nathan, Matthew, Emily, Jacie, Ryker, Ander, Apryl, Justin, Azilyn, Tolson, Holland, Brynja, Denrik, Rylee, Ryden, Rogun, Rhett, Remington and Delynn; and his great grandchildren, August, Sophie, Maeve and Tylan.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Evanston LDS Elm St Chapel (251 Elm St, Evanston, WY 82930). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 3:00 PM.
