She was predeceased by: her husband Carl F. Stapler; her parents, Raymond Sheets and Pearl Sheets; her sisters, Martha and Ginny; and her daughter-in-law Jo Stapler.
She is survived by: her children, Carl L. Stapler, Christopher Stapler, Konrad Stapler (Roni), Jane Stapler, Geoffrey Stapler (InSuk) and Jennifer Stapler. She is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
