He is survived by: his wife Tamara Bach; his daughters, Emily, Sara, Jessie and Ashley; his nephew Phillip; and also, Ruth Smith of Perryville, MO, Shawnee Childers of Chester, IL, Lisa, Mark LaRose of Chester, IL, Mike, Donna Clark of Mountain View, MO, Joanne Clark of Ellis Grove, IL and Clancy Eckert of Chester, IL.. He is also survived by son, as well as many other nieces and nephews.
