He was predeceased by: his mother Valerie Chavez; his grandparents, Kathy Chavez, Regina Sage, Iris Oldman, Vera Trosper, David Spoonhunter, Donnie Chavez, Allison Sage, Sr., William Watt Sr., Bruce Chavez, James, Duane Oldman and Michael Hatt; and his great-grandparents, Lillian and Joseph Chavez.
He is survived by: his father Sherman Sage, Sr.; his siblings, Shenoa, Chayce and Chayton Sage; his aunts and uncles, Cacey Sage, Donna Trosper-Ferris (Dwight), Jolene Spoonhunter, Liz Salway, Arlene Oldman, Monica Aragon, Truman Trosper (Leta) and Vernon Spoonhunter; and his grandparents, Arline Trosper, Dorothy Aragon, Myra Watt, Marty Chavez, Keith Chavez, Clarence Chavez, Bryan Trosper and Bill Sage. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, grandparents and cousins.
