She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Hauschild and Emma Hauschild (Rottman); her husband Loren Dale Smith; and her daughter Regina Hirsch. She is survived by: her daughter Mary Lynne Peters (Larry) of Dubois; her grandchildren, Hannah Fullington (Ian), Adam Hirsh, Jason Peters (Tami) and Kimberly Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Madeleine Fullington and Madilyn Peters.
