He was predeceased by: his father Quentin Otto; and his sister Carla Boyd. He is survived by: his wife JuDee Amble of Douglas; his mother Carol Hoffart (Bishop) of Grassy Butte; his children, Zachory Heidelbauer (Kristin) of Douglas, Breanna Holland (Nick) of Douglas, Jameson Amble of Douglas, Quentin Amble of Casper and Brendon Amble of Douglas; his brother Brian Amble of Williston; and his grandchildren, Deacon, Shelby, Ashus, Preston, Otto, Birdie and Millie.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Steven's Memorial Fund in care of Converse County Bank, P.O. Box 689, Douglas, Wyoming 82633 would be appreciated by the family.
