He was predeceased by: his sister Lois; his parents, James and Marie; his brothers, Joe and James "Bud"; and his son Tommy.

He is survived by: his sons, Curtis (Jeania) and Travis Middleton (Ruth); his daughter-in-law Angie Middleton; his grandchildren, Brittany, Josie, Taylor, Blake, Sydney, Shane and Emmy; his great grandchild Bonnie; and his siblings, Ethel, Rita and Ben. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Ranchers Memorial Scholarship Fund in care of the Converse County Bank, P.O. Box 689, Douglas, Wyoming 82633 would be appreciated by the family.
