He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald "Dean" Clutter and Wannittia "Jean" Clutter (Hiatt); and his sister Paula Matthews. He is survived by: his wife Janice Lynn Sommer of Douglas; his children, Phillip Clutter (Lynn) of Casper, Scotty Clutter (Ann) of Wickenburg, Todd Clutter (Reggie) of Breckenridge, Darrin Clutter (Vicki) of West Finley and Diane Prado (Frank) of Douglas; and his siblings, Joe Clutter (Henrietta) of Torrington, Lola Sowards of Torrington and Elaine Rush of Torrington. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; two step grandchildren; six step great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
