He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick John and Pearl Ellen Mooney (Peters); his wife Dorothy; and his sister Madelyn Therese Johns. He is survived by: his children, Sherrill Kilpatrick (Roy) of Douglas and David Mooney (Linda) of Middletown, Delaware; his grandchildren, Matthias Kilpatrick (Michelle) of Laramie, Jason Kilpatrick of Douglas, Nathan Kilpatrick of Douglas and Rebecca Franz (Paul) of Valley Cottage; and his great grandchildren, Zophia Evelyn Franz of Valley Cottage and Natalia Caroline Franz of Valley Cottage.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Wyoming Rescue Mission, P.O. Box 2030, Casper, Wyoming 82602 or to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
