He is survived by: his mother Susan Arlene McCullough Smylie (Lang); his wife Annette McCullough (Nomis); his children, Brannon Ray McCullough (Susan) of Flagstaff, Randall Joseph McCullough (Rebecca) of Denver, Matthew Cody McCullough (Morgan) of Casper, Brandi Anderson (Tyrell) of Colorado Springs and Brittani Richmond of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his sisters, Rebecca Kimbro (McCullough) and Janet Smith (Gary); and his grandchildren, Maxton Randall Ray, Madalynn Cwen, Ryland Bruce and Merrik Shane.
