With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Juddee Kay Thomas-Dugan of Douglas, Wyoming, born in Torrington, Wyoming, who passed away on June 27, 2022 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Freddie Thomas II and Jean Thomas (Ruffing). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
