He is survived by: his parents, Ernest James and Janice Ann Picard (Lemke); his wife Wendy Picard; his sons, Tyler Picard and Dylan Picard; his stepson Cruz; his children, Aariah, Abel and Amelia VonWald; his stepdaughter Greta Thrasher; his sister Sharice (Ryan); his nephew Aaron Lloyd; and his niece Taylor Lloyd. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at 805 E Richards St, Douglas, WY 82633.
