With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Marie Russell of Douglas, Wyoming, born in Lusk, Wyoming, who passed away on April 21, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Florence; her husband Jack; and her brother Carl. She is survived by: her children, Bob (Rhonda), Deena and David (Stephanie). She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
