She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis William and Lucille Linda Barney (Rooks); and her sisters, Judy O'Neal and Patricia Greenough. She is survived by: her daughter Mandi Loughan (Rob); her grandsons, Cody Cagle (Preslee) and Shelton Cagle; her great grandchildren, Koen, Cercie and Nyxyann; and her siblings, Ron Barney (Stella), Billie Engleman (Kelly), Larry Barney and Tresa Colistro (John). She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
