She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellen Maitland and Richard Maitland; her brother Harold Maitland; her husband Nick M. Bakotich; and her great grandchild Jordon Kas Miller.
She is survived by: her sister Leona Cassidy of Redwood City, CA; and her children, Debbie Miller (Matt) of Dayton, WY, David Roush (Sue) of Port Orchard, WA, Nicole Blevin (Robert) of Sacramento, CA and Steve Bakotich (Patty) of Los Angeles, CA. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Memorials for Carolyn may be made to the Dog & Cat Shelter of Sheridan, WY in lieu of flowers.
