William Garlow Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2025 we had to say goodbye to William Garlow of Cody, Wyoming. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint William leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Garlow and Dorothy Garlow; and his brothers, John "Jack" Garlow, Kit Cody and Barry Cody.

He is survived by: his wife Bette; his daughters, Lindsay Jo Garlow of Lakewood, Ivy Mae Garlow (Steve Nicholson) of Missoula and Montana; and his granddaughter Charlott Jo (Lotte). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Christ Episcopal Church (825 Simpson Ave, Cody, WY 82414).

In lieu of flowers, the family will appreciate memorial donations to Crisis Intervention Services or the Buffalo Bill Center of the West.
