She is survived by: her family Cody; her siblings, Neil, Maxine, Charles, Herschel, Harley, Carolyn, Patricia, Judy, Gerrie, Debra and Diane; her daughters, Vickie Slate (Ted Slate), Joni Rodger (Scott Rodger) and Lisa Qualls; and her grandsons, Garrett, Taylor and Alexander.
