She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Richard Howard and Estella Howard; her husband Richard Perkins; her children, James Perkins and Katrena Cross; her sisters-in-law, Patty Perkins and Tina Zane; her nephew Chris Stingley; and her niece Mariah Walker. She was also cherished by four grandchildren; numerous cousins.
