He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Kearns and Dorothy Louise Kearns (Wagner); his wife Carolyn J. Kearns; and his sister Ardith L Beardmore. He is survived by: his sons, Timothy (Noel) of Kansas City, Michael of Baton Rouge and Patrick of Boulder; his grandchildren, Aidan, Lilli, Declan and Teagan; and his caregivers, Brook Shifflett, Amanda Perkins and Carmen Rodriquez.
