He is survived by: his former wife Sandra Medina; his daughters, Cassie Crews and Carrie Godwin; his grandson Hunter Crews; his siblings, RaeLene Schrepferman (Steven) and Robert Breuer; his close friend Tammy Quisenberry; and his pet Box.
