He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife DeAnn Baily; his parents, Opal Baily and John Baily, Sr.; his siblings, John Baily, Jr., Beverly, Judy, Beth, Dolly and Rose; his children, Justin, Josh Baily (Kassi) and Jessica Heath (Jason); and his grandchildren, Rikky, Ayden, Dante, Lainey, Bryleigh and Bryson.
