Pamela Neff Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 13, 2021, at the age of 75, Pamela Neff of Cody, Wyoming passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Pamela Neff to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Zama Blanchard McArthur and Moral Randall McArthur; her husband Robert Neff, Jr.; and her children, Zama Neff, Robert Neff, III and Mary Neff of Virginia. She was also cherished by the five grandchildren.
The family asks that those in attendance wear masks and socially distance and for those who are unable to attend the service, it will be live-streamed on Facebook.
