He was predeceased by: his parents, Mattelene Frazier and Russell Frazier; and his sister Colleen Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Lorena Frazier; his daughters, Kenya Stewart (Russell) and Jalie Meinecke (Greg); his grandchildren, Matte Jacobs, Julia Morris (Nate), Corwin, Eryka, Ava, Kyle, Mary, Ivy, Sophia, Charlotte, Walker, Whitney and Addison; and his great grandchildren, Paul, Loren and Calvin.
