She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Eugene and Betty Jean Skinner (King); her brother Charles Weldon Skinner; her son Stephen Timothy; and her grandson Jordan Terrel Blaylock (Smith).
She is survived by: her husband Donald Ray Blaylock; her children, Donna Charlene (Ben), Jeremy Scott (Niki) and Donald Charles (Colleen); her grandchildren, Dawn Nicole (Paul), Andrew Michael (Ashley), Brennen Scott, Ryan Eve and Alexis Kathleen; her great grandchildren, Teagan Jean, Mia Catherine, Dominic Cade, Eden Francis and Easton Jordan; her friend Marla Beaulieu; and her siblings, John Stephen Skinner, Elizabeth Ann Jaramillo (Wilfred), Dodie Lee Stevens and Barbara Jean Wafer (William).
