He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Wheeler-Kelly and Audrey Wheeler-Kelly; his brothers, Bob, Bill, Dan and Gayle; his nephew Scott Kelly; his niece Rosemary Jockisch; and his grandparent Grandmother Kelly (grandfather Kelly).
He is survived by: his wife Norene Heaton; his children, Shawn, Gwen Canton of Sacramento, CA. and Jessica Schannzenbach of Salem, OR.; his great grandchildren, Aideen, Caleb, RIn and Stewart Kelly (Maureen) of Louisburg, KS.; his daughter JamiAnn of Lawrence, KS.; his daughter-in-law Julie Kelly; his grandson Tyler of Louisburg, KS; and his siblings, Roger Kelly (Nancy), Don Kelly (Diane) of Steeleville, IL, Tom Kelly of De Quoin, IL, Jack Kelly Cody (Jill), Mary (Clyde), Martha Fouts (Jeff) and Margaret Parry of Macomb, IL.. He is also survived by 2 sons, 4 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ballard Funeral Home (636 19th St, Cody, WY 82414).
