It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen C Turechek in Cody, Wyoming, born in Riverton, Wyoming, who passed away on December 1, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband George W. Turechek, Jr.; her son Robert Turechek (Karen Mingus Turechek) of Dallas, TX; and her siblings, Lorraine Wilson, Lola Hamilton, Earl Landers, Dave Landers and Glen Oak.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy Perry (Van Groce) of Cary, NC, George W. Turechek III of Cody, Deb Streich (Jack Streich) of Captain Cook, HI and Randy Turechek (Donna Nason Turechek) of Cody; and her grandchildren, David Turechek, Troy Turechek, Tami Turechek Ross, Mindi Fauss Bassetti, Brad Fauss, Michelle Turechek Salway, Kelly Turechek Clark, Jenny Turechek, Nick Turechek and Erica Turechek. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
The family will hold a celebration of life service at a later date due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
