He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray and Lola of Hastings; his wife Peggy Neff; and his brother Don. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Marie (Mike Wheeler) of Cody and David Neff; his brother Dean Neff of Tucson Arizona; and his daughter-in-law Shelly of Heart Mountain. He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren and adored his 9 great-grandchildren, numerous nephews, and nieces.
