He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Omar Wynn and Opal Essie Wynn (Evans) of Frannie, Wyoming.; his former wife Lois Chestnut of Sedalia, Missouri.; his siblings, Vernett McGary of Cody and Bernadien Crosby of Cody; his nephew Tim McGary of Laramie; and his granddaughter Dacia Lee Rowland.
He is survived by: his wife Toula Theos of Meeker, Colorado.; his daughter Naidra Rowland of Provo Utah; his grandchildren, Brendan Rowland of Mapleton, Christopher Rowland of Mountain Green and Taryn Baughman (Rowland) of Charleston; his nephews, Pat McGary of Camas, Mike McGary of West Richland and Ron Crosby of Dallas; and his cousin Lezley Owens of Eagle, Colorado.. He is also survived by 8 beautiful great-grand children.
Due to the Pandemic and our concern for everyone's safety, the celebration of Clell's life will be deferred until this summer or fall as the situation will allow.
